--- Order Cancellations ---

If you’ve prepaid for an order but need to change it, you can place it ON HOLD for delivery within 30 days or receive Store Credit.

Refunds for change of mind or excess orders are rare and may incur a 5% cancellation fee at the manager's discretion. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

--- Product Returns ---

You may exchange or receive store credit for returned products within 7 days, provided you have a valid invoice. Items must be in original packaging and undamaged.

**Please note:**
- Bulk landscape materials cannot be returned due to contamination risks.
- Special orders for non-stocked items are non-returnable.
- Returns must be made at the original store of purchase.

--- Refund Policy ---

Refunds or replacements are available for faulty or damaged products. Contact us immediately if you notice an issue. We cannot refund items once they’ve been fully used or installed.

Refunds are typically not given for change of mind. They will be processed only for the original purchaser and returned via the original payment method.

Refunds over $100 must be handled in-store.

--- Product Selection ---

Though we provide general advice, it’s your responsibility to determine the correct quantity and type of product needed.

- Bulk products are sold by loader bucket, available in sizes of 0.3 cubic meters and 0.5 cubic meters. Please note that there may be slight variations in loading.
- Landscape materials may vary seasonally.

--- Vehicle Loading ---

We provide guidance on product weight, but it’s your responsibility to ensure your vehicle can safely carry the load. We are not liable for damage or fines from overloading.

We take care when loading but are not responsible for any damage that may occur.

--- Delivery Terms ---

Delivery is to the kerbside only. Payne's Landscape Supplies is not responsible for issues arising from deliveries beyond this point.

While drivers aim to deliver to the specified location, they will not take risks like driving off sealed roads. If damage occurs or recovery is needed, the customer will bear the costs.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, and the product is returned, additional delivery charges will apply.

We are not liable for any damage or theft of products left unattended after delivery.
